Hi there—I’m Betsey Terry. Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I’m currently 39 years old and single. I have a great family—along with my mother and father, I’m the oldest of three. My sister Aimée and my brother Tim round off the rest of the Terry’s. Aimée has two beautiful children who I just can’t get enough of.
I’m a 20-year scrapping veteran. I started scrapping the ‘safe’ way over 9 years ago after attending a “home” party. After my third home party the demonstrator saw that I was passionate about scrapping (and had some scrapping talent as well) and advised I should be a demonstrator as well. I was helping others finish their pages, and showing them examples from my own book. However I chose not to join that particular company because their sales and minimum quotas were too high.
I began creating, assembling, and printing invitations, programs, and favors for parties and events in 1996. In 2002, I began scrapbooking for others. Shortly thereafter I joined a direct sales company that had no
minimums and offered many of the name brand scrapbooking supplies at a discount. Unfortunately, the company went out of business in 2004, shortly after I joined another relatively new company that has also since gone of out business. I’m happy to be a part of Close to My Heart a scrapbooking and stamping company that has been buisness for over 25 years. I was attracted to this company because of their exclusive, high-quality product and designs they offered through their in house artists. I also have many of the top scrapbooking brands in the industry.
I also started my own web site for other scrapbooking supplies in 2004, offering pre made albums, custom album services, handmade cards, invitations and favors.
